   Sixpence

This beautiful little girl is Sixpence, and this is the cage she arrived in when she came to us along with Jamie in April '06.  Although she's only a baby herself, her previous owner unfortunately introduced her to Jamie and she became pregnant.  Sixpence's baby was stillborn and very deformed, however, she has since recovered from the birth and is now a happy, cheeky little bun, exactly the way she should be!

She hasn't had a very good start in life, she was kept in a budgie cage before we got her but now she takes full advantage of her exercise run.  Sixpence goes outside to play during the day but comes indoors overnight.  Once the warmer weather comes, she'll be introduced to an outdoor hutch and run set-up.

Sixpence hasn't been spayed yet, but will be booked in to have this done in the near future.

Update: Sixpence was spayed and recovered nicely.  Soon after, she found the love of her life and went to stay at Bracken's bunny palace.  Both buns are all loved up and are inseparable *sigh*

Bracken (aka Perry) was also a C.A.R.R.O.T. bunny, he was rehomed to live with a beautiful little girly bun called Atlanta but sadly she died.  He's now happy and contented once again *claps hands!*
